Refund policy
Paddle.com ("Paddle") is the merchant of record for every Tellmark purchase. You pay Paddle, not Tellmark, and Paddle issues the invoice and sends any refund. Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms) and Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy) apply to every purchase. This page adds to them and takes nothing away from them.
Your first payment
If you ask within 14 days of the first payment for a paid plan, we refund that payment in full. This applies to monthly and annual plans alike. You do not need to give a reason.
A plan ends once every payment for its current billing period has been refunded in full, including any charge for moving to a larger plan in that period. Then the account moves to the Free plan. A refund of only some of those payments leaves the plan in place.
Renewals
We do not refund renewal payments, except where the law gives you a right to a refund (see below). If you chose a move to a smaller plan and the renewal was still billed at your larger plan's price, we refund the difference. You can cancel a plan at any time. It then runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and no further payment is taken.
Your rights under the law
Nothing on this page limits a right the law gives you. Paddle's Refund Policy describes the 14-day right to withdraw that consumers in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland and the UK have. For a consumer in the UK on an annual plan, a new 14-day period starts each time the plan renews. Paddle may also refund a payment at its own discretion, as its Refund Policy describes.
How to ask
Email hello@tellmark.si and tell us which account the payment was for, or ask Paddle at paddle.net. Paddle returns the money to the payment method you used where it can, within 14 days of approving the refund.
